These conditions govern use of Frontier County Criminal History. Visiting, reading, or searching through the website signifies agreement. Anyone who does not accept the terms must stop using it.

NO FCRA USE. This privately operated website has no government affiliation. Neither it nor its advertising partners offer a service for credit, employment, insurance, tenant, or other Fair Credit Reporting Act decisions. It is a reference to criminal-record resources in Frontier County, Nebraska, not a consumer reporting agency or private investigation firm.

1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference site independent of government. It does not store official records, retrieve files, conduct official checks, or file documents for visitors.

Its function is to identify custodians such as the Frontier County Sheriff, county courts, Nebraska State Patrol Criminal Identification Division, and Nebraska Sex Offender Registry, while also providing access to outside research tools. Official access remains governed by the Nebraska Public Records Act and the criminal-history dissemination limits in Neb. Rev. Stat. §29-3523.
